Why Don’t we accept QR Codes?
We can’t scan QR codes due to a restriction with UPS’s contract with Amazon. QR codes can only be scanned at UPS stores or select locations.
For returns, we recommend requesting a shipping label, especially for Amazon. We can scan these labels for you! If you need to print a label, we offer printing for $1 per label.
